• Building Permits and Vacant Buildings, City of Saint Paul open information, public domain. City of Saint Paul data are provided “as is” and without any warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose; the City does not warrant that the data are error-free, complete, current, or accurate.
• Joined by PIN. Permits exist for Saint Paul only; other cities do not publish them.
• No owner or taxpayer name or address, no business name and no homestead status was collected. We show the street, never the civic number; civic numbers in permit descriptions are removed.
• Medians: computed by us on at least 11 properties or sales.
